1. Do you have to cook in the client’s home?
Yes because that is the standard of the industry.
2. Does the client have to be home while you are there?
No the client does not have to be there. Most clients are at work while we are there.
3. How long are you at the client’s house?
We are usually there for 5 to 7 hours, depending on the menu that has been planned.
4. Do you have to use the client’s pots and pans?
No. We use all our own equipment. We only need the client’s stove/oven, microwave and sink. We also ask that the client make room in the freezer and refrigerator so that their food can be stored.
5. How does the client know how to heat the food that you leave?
We leave detailed instructions on defrosting and heating for all meals. |
